Discounts & Preorders
If your outlet accepts pre-orders for the next day and/or up to 31 days, it is important to understand how discounts are applied.
Discounts are applied at the time the customer places an order, so if you create a discount that only applies on Monday, and your customer pre-orders on Monday for delivery Tuesday, they will receive the Monday discount.
Days Allowed
If your outlet receives preorders it is advisable to not use discounts that are applied to specific days and to instead use discounts that apply every day of the week. To create a discount that applies every day of the week ensure all days are selected when creating your new discount.
