Duplicating a menu for use on the same business
The menu import and export feature is a powerful tool, and it can also be used to help duplicate an existing menu. It is very important to follow the steps provided to not disrupt any of the existing menus and menu items. If you need to duplicate multiple menus and their menu items, we suggest this is done menu by menu. For other usage scenarios, please see the Menu Importing and Export guide.

Menu Exporting
How to locate the Menu page: Redbox Management → Businesses → Select a Business → Menu
Once on the ‘Menu’ page:
Select ‘Export’.
Select ‘Menu’.
Select ‘Creating new items’.
Select Export. This will create and download a CSV file with all the menus currently available for this business without any ID’s.
Open the CSV file, and populate the fields with duplicate menu details, we suggest naming the duplicate menu slightly different to make it easier to identify on import. The duplicate menu name can be updated once the duplication is completed. Please leave any duplicated menu’s ‘id' field blank, the Redbox System will assign these menus with a unique ID upon importing them. DO NOT edit any of the headings on the CSV file, these are used for importing the file back into the Redbox system to identify the relevant import type.
