Delivery Configuration

How to locate Delivery: Redbox Management → Businesses → Select a Business → Outlets → Select an Outlet → Delivery

Delivery Zones are used to set a delivery radius for each specific outlet. Each outlet can have multiple delivery zones, and charges can be applied to each specific delivery zone. The outlet can only deliver to customers within their delivery radius.

The delivery zones also define which outlets customers can see as available for delivery in the website and app.

Delivery zones are created and added to your outlet by your marketplace provider. Once they have been added to an outlet, you can add your specific delivery costs.

If you would like to edit a delivery zone or add a new one, please speak to your marketplace provider.

Editing a Delivery Zone Charge

  1. Go to ‘Delivery’.

  2. Select the ‘Delivery Zone’.

  3. Edit the ‘Delivery Cost’.

  4. Select 'Save'.

Removing a Delivery Zone

  1. Go to 'Delivery'.

  2. Select the ‘Delivery Zone’.

  3. Select 'Delete'.
