Terminals are a way for outlets to receive and manage their orders. From the terminal, the outlet will not only manage their orders but also manage their menus, manually update their opening status, view and print daily reports and much more.
Before an outlet can begin to use a terminal, there are a few steps which need to be completed.
Assigning a new terminal to an outlet
On the management, navigate to Businesses → select your business → Outlets → select an outlet → Terminals.
Click ‘Add Terminal'
Provide the terminal with a friendly name
Enter the serial number of the device
Select an alarm type
Enter a 4 digit pin
And click Save.
On the Terminal, power on your terminal, your terminal will load the Redbox app, and enter your pin.
