Testing Terminal

We, at Redbox, do internal testing before each terminal app release, however, we recommend your team do their own testing according to your marketplace configuration. Below is a list of suggested testing:

End-to-end Check List:

Management

• connect the terminal to a new outlet

• connect the terminal to multiple outlets - v172+ (if enabled on your marketplace)

User View

• Login/Logout

• The terminal is connected to the correct outlets

• Open/Close outlet using the terminal

• Menu’s load correctly - v172+

• Reports load correctly

Ordering

• View orders list

• View individual orders

• Order is showing the correct details

• Accept orders on the Pending Tab

• Reject orders on the Pending Tab

• Increase Time and Accept orders on the Pending tab

• Accept orders on the All Tab

• Reject orders on the All Tab

• Increase Time and Accept orders on the Pending tab

• Orders move between the status pages correctly

• Cancel Order

Menu
