User Access Levels | Redbox Support

Partner - This is the highest user access level, offering full control over their account. Assigned to users who require comprehensive access to manage their partner account and oversee all operations.
Partner User - This user has the same capabilities as the Partner, however, this user cannot process order refunds.
Marketplace Admin - This user has higher operational capabilities on marketplaces and is often given to support staff managing multiple marketplaces. This user has access to managing websites, apps, and messaging set-ups and themes.
Marketplace Owner - This user is provided complete control of a marketplace and its associated businesses. This user is often assigned to owners of the marketplace and requires strategic and financial oversight of the marketplaces and businesses.
Marketplace User - This user is a limited access role for the management of all businesses within a marketplace. This user is often given to marketplace support staff who require restricted access for monitoring and operational tasks.
Marketing User - Focused solely on marketing-related activities for a marketplace, and used for providing access to a marketing team which handles campaigns and promotions on behalf of a marketplace.
Business User - A dedicated role to managing a business and its outlets, this includes the menus, option items and the financials of a business and its outlets. This role is often given to business owners or managers for operational and financial oversight.
Menu Editor - A dedicated role to managing menus on behalf of a business and its outlets. This role is often given to a menu-building team or a support staff who will manage the menu updates and modifications.
Outlet User - This user provides access to specific outlets and is often given to outlet managers for day-to-day operations.
Outlet Financials Users - This user provides access to only the financials of an outlet and is often given to finance personnel handling outlet-specific financial tasks.
