Loyalty Cards/Stamp Cards – Terms & Conditions
These Loyalty Cards Terms & Conditions apply to all loyalty schemes made available through the {{Marketplace Name}} platform using Redbox Loyalty Cards.
By placing an order on {{Marketplace Name}} and participating in a Loyalty Card scheme, customers agree to the following terms.
1. General
1.1 Loyalty Cards are provided by {{Marketplace Name}} in partnership with participating outlets.
1.2 Loyalty Cards are available to registered customers only and are linked to the customer’s account.
1.3 Loyalty Cards, stamps, and rewards are digital promotional features only, have no cash equivalent value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
1.4 Loyalty Cards are a discretionary promotional feature and do not form part of any contractual entitlement.
1.5 Participation in any Loyalty Card scheme is optional and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Earning Stamps
2.1 Customers earn stamps automatically when they place a qualifying order with a participating outlet.
2.2 A qualifying order must meet the criteria set on the Loyalty Card, which may include:
Minimum order value
Eligible order types
Eligible days
Eligible outlets
2.3 Stamps are awarded only on successfully completed orders. Cancelled, refunded, or failed orders will not earn stamps.
2.4 Stamps have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
2.5 The number of stamps required to complete a card is set by the marketplace or outlet and may vary between cards.
2.6 Customers may earn stamps on multiple Loyalty Cards at the same time.
2.7 Stamps may expire if not used within the validity period set by the marketplace or outlet. Expired stamps cannot be reinstated.
3. Rewards & Redemption
3.1 Once a Loyalty Card is completed, the reward will be automatically applied to the customer’s next eligible order.
3.2 Loyalty rewards are applied as a discount and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
3.3 Loyalty rewards must be redeemed within the validity period set by the marketplace or outlet. Any unused rewards will expire after this period.
3.4 Only one Loyalty Card reward can be redeemed per order.
3.5 Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or voucher codes. If a discount code is applied, it will override any Loyalty reward.
3.6 Loyalty rewards apply to the order subtotal unless otherwise stated and may be subject to a minimum order value.
3.7 Where Loyalty Cards are outlet-specific, rewards may only be redeemed against orders placed with the same outlet from which the stamps were earned.
3.8 If the value of a Loyalty reward exceeds the value of the qualifying order, any remaining balance will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.
3.9 After a reward is redeemed, the Loyalty Card will reset and customers may begin collecting stamps again.
4. Outlet Participation
4.1 Loyalty Cards may be marketplace‑wide or outlet‑specific.
4.2 Participating outlets fund the cost of Loyalty rewards in the same way as traditional discounts.
4.3 Outlets may opt out of Loyalty Cards where permitted by the marketplace.
4.4 {{Marketplace Name}} reserves the right to add or remove participating outlets from Loyalty schemes.
5. Changes, Suspension & Termination
5.1 {{Marketplace Name}} reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, replace, or modify any Loyalty Card scheme, including card structure, earning criteria, reward value, or availability, at any time.
5.2 Loyalty Cards may be changed or closed without prior notice, including where an outlet closes, leaves the marketplace, or chooses to stop participating in a Loyalty Card scheme.
5.3 Continued participation in a Loyalty Card scheme after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
5.4 Where possible, reasonable notice will be given for significant changes to a Loyalty Card scheme, but this is not guaranteed.
5.5 {{Marketplace Name}} does not guarantee that any Loyalty Card, stamp, or reward will be available for any minimum period of time.
5.6 If a Loyalty Card scheme or an outlet’s participation is withdrawn, any unredeemed stamps or rewards may expire immediately or in accordance with their validity period and will not be reinstated.
6. Abuse, Errors & Misuse
6.1 {{Marketplace Name}} reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or adjust stamps or rewards where misuse, abuse, technical error, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
6.2 Customers must notify {{Marketplace Name}} of any suspected errors in stamp balances or reward application within 30 days of the relevant order.
6.3 Accounts found to be abusing Loyalty Card schemes may be suspended or closed.
7. Liability
7.1 {{Marketplace Name}} is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or outages that may affect the earning or redemption of Loyalty rewards.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, {{Marketplace Name}} accepts no liability for any loss arising from participation in a Loyalty Card scheme.
