Paybox Payouts and Bank Holiday Mondays

Normally, Paybox sends your weekly payout every Monday, covering orders from the previous Monday to Sunday (7 days).

When there’s a Bank Holiday on a Monday, the payout can’t be processed that day. Instead, it’s sent on the Tuesday, and it includes 8 days of orders (Monday to Monday). That payout will be higher than usual.

The following week, the payout will only cover 6 days (Tuesday to Sunday), because Monday was already paid in the previous cycle. That payout will be lower than usual.

You still receive all your funds, just across two payouts instead of one. The totals balance out over the two weeks.

If you notice a lower payout after a Bank Holiday, it’s because one day (the Monday) was already included in the previous week’s higher payout.
